Mississippi law requires students attend school for 63% of the instructional day or they will be counted absent for the day.
Why does attendance matter?
--Student success is more likely
--Student dropouts are less likely
--The number of present students determines the amount of money schools receive
Please make sure all students attend school each day for the whole day!
