On Wednesday, Mooreville Elementary teachers celebrated our annual Pink Tea.
This tradition was started by Jennifer Rooker, a beloved SPED teacher at MES who courageously battled breast cancer. With unwavering faith and strength, Mrs. Rooker began this tradition to raise awareness about the importance of self-care and performing regular monthly checks.
We proudly continue this tradition to honor Mrs. Rooker’s legacy and to recognize all those who have bravely fought against many different types of cancer.
