Six Mooreville Middle School students and five Mooreville High School students are participating as members in the 2025 Delta State University Honor Band. These students were selected by a panel of judges through a competitive audition, in which they earned the following placements:

Kaitlyn Ellis - 2nd chair flute

Whitney Stacy - 6th chair flute

Violeta Quiroz - 7th chair flute

Justice Golden - 14th chair clarinet

Stormi Priest - 4th chair alto saxophone

Blakeleigh Herndon - 6th chair horn

Evan Rollins - 4th chair trombone

Davis Abel - 7th chair trombone

Ryder Angle - 4th chair tuba

Carter Murphy - 2nd chair percussion

Cayden Rogers - 3rd chair percussion

The students are rehearsing under expert clinician Dr. Michael Raiber, and they will perform a concert along with the rest of the honor band.
