Dear Parents and Guardians,

To ensure the safety and security of all elementary students, we are updating our transportation procedures.

Bus Transportation Guidelines:

(Effective Immediately):

* Students must get on and off the bus only at their registered address. No alternate pick-up or drop-off locations will be allowed.

* Daily bus changes will no longer be accepted.

* Students may be changed to a car rider if needed.

* Requests to ride a different bus or change bus stops for a day will not be permitted.

Car Rider Drop-Off Procedures:

* Morning drop-off: 7:35 a.m. – 7:50 a.m.

* Students are not considered late until 8:00 a.m.

* Arrivals after 7:50 a.m. may still be dropped off at the gate.

* After 8:00 a.m., students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and signed in at the front office.

These procedures help us maintain accurate transportation records and ensure we always know where each student is being transported, with student safety as our top priority.

We understand this may require adjustments and appreciate your cooperation and support. Student safety remains our highest priority.
