Congratulations to Chasten Carothers, a 4th grader at Mooreville Elementary!
Last week, Chasten won national honors by winning Artsonia's Artist of the Week contest for his oil pastel and mixed media artwork called George Rodrigue Inspired Dog. Chasten wins a commemorative plaque, a gift certificate for art supplies, and he also won a gift certificate for his school to receive art supplies.
