A Nettleton child and his family are headed to Walt Disney World, thanks to the efforts of Saltillo High School's Make-A-Wish club.
Three-year-old Milo had his wish granted this morning! The celebration started with a parade, as Make-A-Wish club members and Saltillo Primary students and teachers cheered him on. Milo's favorite, Spider-Man, also rode and later joined in to show off some of Spidey's famous moves. Milo then opened a few presents, some of which will come in handy for the trip to Orlando.
Since forming in 2023, Saltillo's Make-A-Wish club members continuously raise money through various events to grant wishes to area children like Milo. Congratulations, students, on a job well done! And have a great time at Disney, Milo!
