Children in first grade have been creating these beautiful butterflies that they are so proud of. These are some examples from Mrs. Hankins’ classes at Saltillo Primary and Mrs. Morris' classes at Verona Primary.
Coincidentally, students had been working on this art project before the death of Dolly Parton. For Dolly, the butterfly symbolized freedom that she dreamed of as a child and more.
We think Dolly would approve!
