Students in Ms. Brown's art classes at Shannon Middle School created a collaborative art piece centered on the Lee County School District's "Pieces With Purpose" theme.

Each student was given a puzzle piece which they decorated about themselves. The pieces were then all put together symbolizing that each student is an important piece of the puzzle in our school and district, working towards success.

What a great way to start the school year, reminding us all that we play an important role in the community around us!
