Here is the Lee County School District 2026-2027 calendar.

A fun-filled day at the skating rink for 5th grade DARE graduates! We celebrated their DARE course completion.🥳🎉

Deb Waz with the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science brought a hands-on reptile exhibit, and the highlight for students (and teachers!) was getting to pet a real alligator! 🐊

Ready for Christmas, from head to toe!

Mr. Rance Champ was selected Teacher of The Month by WCBI. We absolutely love Mr. Champ on our campus. Congratulations!

Reading A Christmas Carol, decorating Christmas trees—the holiday season is here!

Here is the schedule for the Middle School Lee County Tournament, hosted by Plantersville Middle School.

Thanks to the families who joined their students for our Thanksgiving lunch. We are grateful for the wonderful meal prepared by our cafeteria staff, and for the warm fellowship and sense of community shared throughout the event.

Sixth grade teachers recognized the amazing students who exhibited ✨POSITIVE✨behavior all week and exemplified what being a PIRATE truly means. Their treat? McDonald's for lunch and time with friends!

Donated items can be left in the front office or with any teacher and will be picked up and delivered to our seniors.

We celebrated all students that exhibited POSITIVE BEHAVIOR for Term 1 with a Jenga tournament. Students competed on their grade level. Those winners then competed against the other grade levels. Competition and fun!

Sixth graders visited Blue Springs Safari and got up close with all kinds of animals. They also picked pumpkins. An educational and fun day!

It's Red Ribbon Week!

Before our fall break, 8th graders had the opportunity to tour Itawamba Community College.

Please join us as we “meet” our Plantersville Pirates girls and boys basketball teams.

Our 7th grade Pirates recently traveled to Wilson Dam in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, to tour the hydro plant.

Homecoming 2025! The Shannon and Plantersville Court was absolutely stunning! Congratulations to our 7th and 8th grade teams on their win against Itawamba! Thanks to everyone who supported!

What an AMAZING homecoming week filled with lots of fun and school spirit!

Homecoming Spirit Week is underway! We want everyone to participate in the fun, but please be mindful that all students must still follow the school dress code.

Join us October 25!
