VES Fall Parent Nights!

Kindergarten classes studied the letter "J". Students tasted both grape and strawberry jam on toast and decided which flavor they liked best. Then, students colored a picture of their favorite jam. Classes had so much fun learning and having a sweet snack!

Kindergarten recently read "Should I Share My Ice Cream?" Students made their own cones and played a game where students "shared their ice cream" with their friends. Classes learned that sharing is caring! (Ms. Z's class is pictured.)

Thank you United Way for your generous donation of school supplies! We appreciate all that you do for our students and our community!
