
The competition was stiff, but we have the top three winners from the Injustice 2 tournament held by the Shannon High Library Club! 1st place - Jabari Woods ($20 cash prize); 2nd place - Jamela Heard ($10 cash prize); 3rd place - Chaz Jolley ($5 cash prize)




Shannon High School ninth graders toured the CTE Center to learn about all the opportunities available. They also began preregistration for next school year.

Mrs. McCaine's students explored the impact of African American musicians from the 1900s-40s in a gallery walk! They learned about the pioneers of jazz, blues, and other genres who shaped the music industry during this time.

Shannon High's Jaiden Dilworth, Shun Jenkins, Nik Owens and Andrew Owens all signed to play football with the ICC Indians this fall. Family, friends and classmates came to celebrate the special day with them today.

The Shannon High School Choir performed at the Committee for King’s Awards Banquet in Tupelo this past weekend. Many Shannon High School students also served at various events honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
